The Enchanting ‘Cinque Terre’ of Italy:
The Cinque Terre is part of the coast in the Liguria region of Italy. The terraces built on the rugged landscape on the Italian Riviera, are a popular tourist attraction. Over the centuries, people have carefully built terraces on the rugged, steep landscape right up to the cliffs that overlook the sea. The coastline, the five villages, and the surrounding hillsides are all part of the Cinque Terre National Park and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Colourful ‘Wisteria tunnel’ of Japan:
Wisteria Tunnel is located at the Kawachi Fuji Gardens in Kitakyushu, Japan. Flowering trees hang overhead and the different coloured rows speckle the garden. Kawachi Fuji Garden is home to an incredible 150 Wisteria flowering plants spanning 20 different species. The garden’s main attraction is the Wisteria tunnel that allows visitors to walk down an enchanting tunnel exploding with colour. Have a walk in this wonderland in between Late April to mid May, when flowers are fully bloom.
‘Ball’s Pyramid’ of Lord Howe Island, Australia:
Ball’s Pyramid is the remains of a shield of volcano and caldera that formed about 7 million years ago. It lies 20 Kilometres south-east of Lord Howe Island in the Pacific Ocean. Ball Pyramid is the world’s tallest volcanic sea stack.

Poland’s mysterious ‘Crooked forest’ :
The Crooked Forest is located right outside of Nowe Czarnowo, West Pomerania, Poland. The grove contains approximately 400 pine trees with bent trunks. They were planted sometime in 1930. It is generally believed that some form of human tool or technique was used to make the trees grow this way, but the method and motive are still not known.
Leafy green ‘Tunnel of Love’ of Ukraine:
Giant trees surrounds this old train tunnel located in Kleven, Ukraine. This magical place is nicknamed “The Tunnel Of Love” by locals because it is a popular spot for couples to visit. The leafy green Kleven train tunnel is a beautiful example of nature growing freely around man-made infrastructure. In addition to serving as a train route, the tunnel is used by lovers to make a wish – it is said that if they are sincere in their love, their wishes will come true.
