British rock band ‘Queen’ needs no introduction. The band’s lead guitarist Brian May is as popular as the band. The interesting fact about him is that, Brian was studying mathematics and physics at the Imperial College of London during the first years of Queen. After graduating, Brian started working on his PhD degree but abandoned his work in 1974 when Queen started being successful. However, in 2006, May Brian resumed his work and finally got his PhD in Astrophysics.
