Wake up early and exercise
‘Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.’ If we follow this age-old proverb, we will be best of our mind, health and happiness. Getting up early as well as at the same time every day helps to regulate our circadian rhythm, for which we have an easier time waking and we feel more energized. The habit of rising early every day and exercising enhances our productivity and focus. No matter how much we hate exercise, but the fact is we always feel better after doing it. So, it’s not only for losing some calories, but exercise keeps us stay healthy both physically and mentally.
In order to be happy, we should learn to forgive and forget. Holding a grudge means we are holding anger, or all sorts of negative emotions, that keep us away from our own happiness. Letting grudges go means we are free from negativity and ready to think ahead for a better tomorrow. So, what are you waiting for, forgive and forget and be a happy person.
Be with the positive and supportive people
We learn a lot from our surroundings. We must be always surrounded by the positive people, with whom we always feel better. Survey says that people having 5 or more friends with whom they can discuss important problems are 60 percent more likely to say that they are ‘very happy’. Of course, a friend in need is a friend indeed! So, choose optimistic friends or people, whom you can count on.
Dream big, but don’t compare yourself with others
Dream big and give 100% to achieve your goal. But, in the process don’t compare yourself with anyone. It’s because, everyone’s life is different, ways are different. So, it’s not worth comparing ourselves with others. Comparison may bring insecurity and that may lead to foster judgmental feelings. Happy are the persons, who measure their own success based on the progress they make, not that of others.
Living in the present
Most of the time, people are seen to be too curious about the future; so concerned about it that they started to ignore whatever they have at present.
