Amsterdam, a land with a stereotypical image, land of windmills, cycles, wooden shoes, dikes and canals, green meadows and cheese ; there are plenty of reasons why one must chose to work, live or spend vacations here. A bit surprising but true, there are about 1,200,000 bicycles in Amsterdam which outnumbers the total number of citizens in the city.

Diving in history of a place is best when it’s preserved best and could be relished for ages. Dutch people have a conscience of their history and love for their country tradition. Work of famous painter Rembrandt, Vincent van Gogh are jewels to Dutch heritage. Museumplein (Museum street) will take you to the doors of Renaissance paintings and works of famous painters.

Amsterdam has a variant weather and each season here can be lived with a celebration. Summers are bright and shiny like an infant’s smile. No conversation about Holland ends without discussing soccer fever. ‘Go Orange Go’ is in the blood of Dutch people. Football lovers can have guided tour to AJAX stadium which has a capacity of around 68,000 people.
